These ideas came from scrolling through way too many pins at midnight, lol! Only the ones that were actually doable made the cut.

No fancy equipment, no huge budget, nothing that needs a trip to five different stores. Just things that looks good in a regular living room.

Some of these are quick little setups. Others need a bit more prep, so plan ahead if you want the fancier ones.

Mix and match as many as you want. Nobody says you have to do all eighteen in one night, haha!

SLEEPOVER IDEAS FOR TEENS

DIY Popcorn Bar Station

A popcorn bar sounds simple but it turns into the highlight of the night every time. Bowls of different toppings, some sweet, some salty, all within reach.

I set out caramel drizzle, sprinkles, mini chocolate chips and a shaker of chili powder for the brave ones. Somehow that bowl always disappears first, haha!

Glow Stick Dance Party

Glow sticks turn any living room into a dance floor instantly! Snap a few, dim the lights and hit play on a playlist.

I never spend more than a few bucks on this since the sticks come in packs of fifty at the dollar store. Not that anyone counts, lol! The sticky glow residue on your hands is half the fun.

Cozy Blanket Fort Setup

A blanket fort is still the best seat in the house, no matter how old you are. How cute is that?

I string a few clips over two chairs to hold the top blanket steady. It always collapses at least once. Somehow that’s part of the fun.

Backyard Movie Screen Night

A backyard movie night feels like a whole event with almost no effort. A projector, a white sheet and some lawn chairs is really all it takes.

I set out blankets on the grass and pop a big bowl of popcorn to share. The neighbors always notice the glow from their porch too. Someone always ends up wrapped in three blankets by the end.

Who doesn’t love a good face mask night? This one turns skincare into an actual activity instead of a chore.

Tie dye is messy, loud and completely worth it! Plain white shirts, a few dye bottles and rubber bands are the whole shopping list.
