Looking for collection display ideas bedroom collectors can use without hiding everything in boxes? Picture ledges, little cabinets and even a bedside table give your favorite things somewhere to shine.
These ideas include books, figurines, records and smaller keepsakes, with plenty of arrangements to borrow.
You can keep things simple with one tray or go all out with a whole wall. Start with what you love collecting, then pick a display that fits your room.
Bedroom collection displays worth saving
layered picture ledges
We’re starting off strong with these pretty picture ledges. I love the mix of little photographs, larger prints and different frame shapes. Nothing needs to match perfectly here.

Try placing your taller pictures at the back, then tuck smaller frames in front like these. The green frame is such a lovely little addition.
a cabinet full of rabbits
How cute is this rabbit collection? There are tiny seated bunnies, taller figures and lots of different colors inside one dark-framed cabinet.
If your figurines are all different sizes, try grouping the smaller ones together on a shelf. I especially love the row of pale rabbits near the middle.
records and glowing lights
I am obsessed with this music wall. The records sit between posters and little photos, with leafy garlands and string lights running around the edges.
Keep your playable records in sleeves on a shelf like the ones beside the bed. For the wall, you could use display copies to get this same look.
wall-to-wall sneakers
The sneaker collectors are going to love this! Rows of white shelves wrap around the corner and continue beneath the window.
Most pairs face heel-out, so you can see all those different colors.
You don’t need to fill a whole room to borrow the idea. Start with one section of shelves for your favorite pairs.
a plushie corner
OMG, how adorable is this corner? The brown, cream and green plushies are piled together above a row of smaller hanging characters.
Those little star lights make it even cuter.
I love the flowers tucked along the front. If you try a hanging display, choose supports rated for the collection rather than copying the crowded arrangement without checking.
crystals and little plants
This may just be one of my favorite shelf arrangements here. The blue and purple slices on the top shelf are so pretty, with pink, clear and darker pieces below.
Try mixing your collection with a few small potted plants like these. Leave a little space around the larger pieces so you can enjoy their shapes.
books beside the bed
If you’re looking for a display that doesn’t need wall shelves, go with a round bedside bookcase like this. Books fill both lower tiers while the clock, glasses and mug sit on top.

It’s a lovely way to keep a small book collection right beside your bed without covering the tabletop.
perfume on a tray
Don’t want to spread your perfume collection across the whole dresser? No problem!
This dark, veined tray brings the bottles together in front of the mirror.
I love the mix of angular black caps and gold-colored details. Put your shorter bottles toward the front if you want to see the taller ones behind them.
building sets and trailing greenery
How cute are those little pandas on the upper shelf? This display mixes building sets, stacked books and trailing greenery, with a castle taking up the middle.
The pink blossoms are my favorite part. Give your own larger builds a section of their own rather than squeezing them all onto one shelf.
camera picture ledges
Don’t want to add lots of decorations around your collection? Look no further because these camera ledges keep things simple.
The cameras face forward, with the taller black one standing between two smaller ones on the upper shelf.
I’d leave this arrangement just like it is. There’s plenty to look at without adding anything else.
flowers in ornate frames
I am in love with these floral displays. Pink, purple and peach flowers sit against pale backgrounds, all surrounded by ornate gold-colored frames.
Try a tidy arrangement in two rows if you want this same look. The repeating frames bring the different flower shapes together so nicely.
caps and license plates
This is such a fun way to show two collections together. Rows of colorful license plates sit behind hanging baseball caps, with red, cream and blue breaking up the darker hats.

For your own version, leave enough of each plate showing to enjoy both collections. You could space the caps farther apart if the plates are your favorite part.
framed travel keepsakes
Got little tickets and postcards you’d rather see than put away? Try framed collages like these.
The black frames hold colorful paper keepsakes, with small souvenirs along the side and a pink floral fan above.
You could give each trip its own frame. I especially love how the fan sits outside the rectangles.
manga and character figures
This is one of my favorite ways to display books and figures together. Some manga volumes stand upright while others form little stacks, with a few covers facing forward.

Try turning one favorite cover outward on each shelf. Keep enough room in front for your figures, like the blue-haired characters on the lower shelf.
a framed pocket organizer
How clever is this little display? A dark blue jeans-style pocket sits inside a brown frame, holding sunglasses and keys along its top edge.
This one is more of an everyday accessory organizer than a full collection wall. You could borrow the pocket idea for a small selection of favorite sunglasses.
snow globes in rows
Who says your snow globes have to disappear after the holidays? This collection has Christmas trees, little houses and Santa figures arranged across three shelves.
I love the red bases mixed with the darker ones. For a bedroom display, try keeping a few favorites together on a shelf where you can see the tiny scenes.

a little bedside basket
Don’t want to go overboard with your bedside display? No problem!
This recessed ledge holds a black basket of upright reading material, a small framed picture and a few plants.
The tiny lights along the ledge are so pretty. Borrow the basket idea for a small collection of booklets or slim paperbacks.
shells in a clear vase
If you are looking for something simple to arrange, this one is for you. A tall, clear footed vase holds shells in cream, peach and pale purple, with the larger fan-shaped shells facing outward.
Try a smaller version on your bedroom dresser. There’s no need to give every little shell its own stand.
a framed card grid
The Pokémon fans are going to love this one. Nine cards sit in a neat grid, with orange across the top, green in the middle and blue along the bottom.
I love how each row follows an evolution sequence. If you display your own cards, choose a card-safe mounting method rather than sticking them directly to a backing.
dolls and pastel shelves
Last but definitely not least, we have this pretty doll-filled bedroom. I love the pale blue walls with all those pink dresses and white shelves.
The dolls sit in small groups around framed pictures, with more arranged near the window. Try grouping yours by size so the smaller dolls can still be seen.
